The Scotland's Saltire Scholarships

Applicants must be citizens of Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, Pakistan, and the United States.

Academic Merit:

• preserve a standard of behaviour that will protect the reputation of the Saltire Scholarship Programme and the college where they are enrolled.

• Actively engage in the extracurricular activities of the programme. 

• The scholars will take part in a welcoming reception and a conference at the conclusion of the year.

• In the event of unusual circumstances, scholars may be excused from attending based on their own experiences, support communication efforts promoting Scotland and Scottish higher education.
